Any idea on how strict CT is with regulating these (permits, etc) or any other advice/lessons in this area?

Now I have a notice which I responded to from the Bakersfield Building code enforcement about some things done in this unit with no permits again nothing from my management company .

I recently finished my first rehab, and learned quite a bit.I have my eye on another property, and am looking for some input regarding planning and permitting. 

The ground level retail space will be marketed for rent.Public records indicated the building was only 2,500 SF but contained two permitted additions that were never calculated into the public records square footage.

Not every AC system will have a separate condensate pump - gravity can be used to allow condensate to drop into a sump for example, and AC systems in an attic can let the condensate drain to the outside, or even into interior plumbing drains where code permits that.

If only our liberal progressive socialist overlords were permitted to impose laws and regulations protecting special groups of people, then we would finally have equality of outcome. 

I was thinking that filings for building permits would be a good way to get that information.

Then, you need a USPS Bulk Mail Permit and the letters need to be counted, packed and banded properly in USPS trays or the post office will not accept the letters.
