Even a contract for this amount wouldn't really be worth it because suing you for stealing it will cost probably up to half the amount.

I was also lucky that I was and am in good health, if you retire early like I did, you'll have a chunk and a half for health insurance premiums as you get older! 

So most people in toronto/Vancouver have at least a  half a million in untapped equity.

We can't afford to buy a house or condo already built but we can and are planning to buy a half acre to acre lot to build a home on in Eagle, CO not too far away.
