Give the group some free information about rent to own and gather data about their dream home in their finances.Try to get referrals think of people that advise people on financial matters such as CPAs and Financial planners; get the word out to them that you help people stop renting and get a mortgage through a rent a home program and ask them to look at their customer base and refer them to you.Think of giving speeches; are you giving speeches?

Like every other newbie on this forum I have dreams of being a real estate investor. 

I strive for financial independence because to me that's the ultimate American dream.

I've always had dreams and plans of investing in real estate but in my mind it has been a "some day" thing...until my wife and I had our first child four months ago, a beautiful baby girl, and in my line of work I'm not home everyday to spend with my family...more like once a week for a couple days at a time then back on the road!

With my goals/dreams I needed a faster solution.

I'm not from a family with any money to speak of so I'v always had a dream of having money when I'm an adult.
