I'm not a sportsball fan, but I'll take any reason to celebrate in the current climate.I am new to investing, and apparently new to the internet, I posted my last introduction post in Real Estate News and Current Events. 

There's also a "fake tv" available on the internet for about $30 that makes patterns of light, so it looks like a tv is on inside. 

The elevator video of Elisa Lam went viral and legions of amateur detectives used the internet to try to solve the mystery of what happened to her, a 21-year-old Canadian tourist on her first trip to Los Angeles.

In addition, I suspect there is a plethora of Real estate return calculators on the internet. 

I had the following 3 things happening at the same time:1) Furnace went out in one of my properties (almost $2650 to replace retail)2) Problem tenant was late on rent for 2 months3) My employee told me his internet stopped and it would take 72 hours to fix.

Based on my Internet searches I think he purchased it for around $175k.

So, I spend time on the internet just looking at properties "just because" and I'm embarrassed to admit how much I actually do that, haha.  

For example, you can deduct the cost of your internet bill and phone bill.

Most of this stuff relies on a good internet connection - it seems that the technology has come a long way, and the options are improving.My main question is if anyone has any specific input on this broadly, but then more specifically, getting internet set up on a job site may be a challenge - I'm looking into different Mobile Hotspot type options.
