I am a numbers guy and I work with margins all day every day at my current job as a business analyst, I'm just tired of working for other people!

It is kind of cool to me that you brought this up because my latest guest  https://podcast4patriots.podbean.com/e/p4p-007-brian-burke/ ...was also a guest on Show#3 on BiggerPockets and I just read the awesome transcript: https://www.biggerpockets.com/bpp3-brian-burke-podcast-transcript-getting-started-raising-moneyBrian told me I would get tired of hearing his story, but the BP hosts were way more awesome than me at digging into the deals with him and I was glad to see my favorite line from his interview with me was verbatim to 6+ years ago: "I walked out of that room with $500,000 and 28 investors that all had guns."...if anyone has a better punchline than that...I'm looking forward to it! 

People who are going through a divorce, behind on their mortgage, inherited a house they don't know what to do with, have a 2nd house, are a tired landlord, have a house that won't sell retail because it needs work, and many more situations.  

I did buy 27 acres of rural land near that new Continental Tire factory in West Jackson/Hinds County.

Every good deal I see seems to get scooped up before I can get an offer in and I am getting tired of tossing 2k a month to my landlord. 

When people get tired unable to buy at Palo Alto, they may look at East Palo Alto.

Are you responsible enough to make careful and conscious spending decisions and take good care of your possessions, or do you just impulsively buy them, trash them, and then go out and buy more once they get worn out and you get tired of them and want for something new?

While my work truck in 27 years old it has new tires and only 89K miles, it runs like a champ. 

I became tired of residential tenants life issues and all the excuses that go along with them.
