Installed a $100,000 dock a couple years ago with all the proper permits Zestimate has not changed in 3 years by more than a couple percent Anyway to let Zillow know in hopes they will increase the zestimate Remains the same as a neighboring house with no dock. 

Still no contact from missing tenants. 7 days pass as I am in and out as my regular job permits to mitigate the damage done.

When removing the siding from my last flip my contractor found the original permit still stuck to the wall next to the front door.

Hi @Brent Paul  I would suggest visiting your local permit office and explain to them what you want to do.  

You have to prep for the test to pass the test... it's just a game.I got the license because we were flipping houses and needed permits, but also because we were starting a construction company.

Did you verify that he was licensed, insured and pulled permits as promised?

I don't foresee any push back considering I am the president of the HOA. 2) Obtain official plans / drawings to extend steal balcony3) Us plans and apply for Chicago Setback approval4) Build steal extension to roof deck when approved4)  Obtain official plans / materials and apply for building permit for deck build out.

This can be done either on the local government website that manages building permits or by visiting them in person.

For those homes that are insured, they will get rebuilt with insurance proceeds but the permitting process is very slow in Ventura. 

@Charlie MacPherson, I did some digging and found out that there was a fire in 2012 (there was a remodeling permit).
