The main point is that you can sift thru hundreds of blogs,videos ,how to,s and have plenty of community members ,from the new to some very experienced and successful members You can have your deals analyzed, legal questions answered,wholesaling,marketing almost any topic that you can think of. 

You're right, my response rate is excellent as a percentage of my mailers.

A few of these properties look distressed from the outside and based on what is owed and the likely BPO, I feel they're excellent candidates for a short sale. 

I can't really speak to other ways to get started, as I'm certainly not an RE pro, more of a retirement financial pro, but I am sure you will get some excellent ideas.Adam
