its very difficult in this end of the business to hone in on one property.. when did this we could get maybe 1 out of 50 at best that we did full due diligence on and bid at court house.

An LLC cannot represent itself in court, but to my knowledge there is no requirement that an attorney prepare a deed involving an entity simply because it is an entity.

If you plan to go through the coursework & it appears as though you want to delve into real estate as a full time venture, not just a passive place to park your money I see no downside to holding your license.

I feel like you and I are very much on the same page as far as thinking big picture...doing something now that may not appear to be *ideal,* but big picture actually gets us to where we want to be faster...so extremely ideal (but as you said ONLY if we stay debt-free). ;-) Thank you again for sharing your story, and congrats for doing something that may not have been “the popular choice,” but without-a-doubt was the fastest and most effective.
