Hi every oneI tried to post a  question about marketplace but it didn't let me post it. It tells me you must have an upgraded account to post that forum. I'm a pro member why its not letting me post is? 

It seems this may be because most companies want to deal with bigger parks. 

I would only buy there if you can truly find a deal, good luck, so that I could sell it to a bigger fool for more money before the next crash.

I've been on bigger pockets for a few months now and gained a ton of knowledge about real estate investing.

Would like to meet with you Martin and others from Bigger Pockets.

I do plan on speaking with a tax accountant in the near future to discuss some of these topics but I figured I would reach out to the Bigger Pockets community first.

You wont know until you ask.As far as the hard money lenders (similar but not the same as private lenders), there are several listed here in the Bigger Pockets under the tab "Tools" in the option labeled "Hard Money Lenders".Some of the previous responses gave you some very good options.

I believe LandlordLocks are UltraMax cores ... keyway is compatible with Kwickset (and some Weiser locks), but is not compatible with Schlage, Yale or {obviously} Abloy.Though LandlordLocks is not presently a cost effective option for us here in Canada, I like them for apartment complexes with interior corridors - the bigger the building, the more they can reduce costs and ease turnover.
