I’m only 16 but I’d like to know everything about wholesaling before I turn 18 so I can try and get right up and going, I’ve seen YouTube videos and all that but I wanted more information on what to do to get a contract with a seller and actually re-assign that to a cash buyer and some ways to find buyers and if there’s any licenses that I need and all that.
