I can probably cut windows on the back of the bedrooms and get some light in via windows from the porch/staircase...but not an ideal solution.This being a foreclosure the bank is not going to provide survey, so I am ordering survey.

I believe the front quad is 100% vacant (never a light on in the place).

A lis pendens will put a buyer on warning that a lawsuit is possible or suit pending against the Title.

I think 8% is light If you are looking to go long term. 

if  you notice water coming out of ceiling.. take a screwdriver and puncture a small hole,, maybe several.. grab buckets and let the water seep out..a small puncture hole is easier to fix than a entire ceiling and once it starts to leak it doesn't take long..If it's near a ceiling light fixture watch out !! 

The light rail system is called the T and the dedicated bus line has stations as well.Areas closer to the North Shore are also picking up a bit.

It helped me see things in a new light and be aware of potential dangers.
