Insurance will be more on the property, but likely less on a per unit basis.A SFD will be more marketable and sensitive to utility and functionality than a multi-family structure.

Most insurance companies will want to insure replacement value instead of functional value.

As a small tip on your search, use the clipboard function on your computer to copy the owners name from the property appraiser's site and then past it into the County Clerk of Court site.  

The functionality is a bit twitchy, but try this: Type @ and a few letters of the name you want to tag, no spaces.
