CDC is saying that social distancing is what we should be doing but they are also saying that one-on-one interactions are low risk especially if you are taking the correct precautions.  

I told a girl annoyed that she had just booked a great gig, she's a folksy guitar player / singer,  to sign up for Patreon, do eVites and then have people pay to watch her perform on video and chat with her fans - guess what - her list responded positively on her Insta and now she can do something, whole venues need to think about this. 

I believe that telephonic and video interactions will become more widely acceptable for court hearings.

I ran to Starbucks this morning (coffee machine is a community amenity on our rooftop lounge, access to both recently removed) and experienced a very gratifying interaction with plenty of social distancing.

I truly believe an LLC would really only help if there's practically no interaction between you and the tenant. 

There many ways to conduct real estate moving parts with out all personal interaction in a safe way.
