Has anyone had their property tested yet? 

I'd play with a mix of prices and features and do A/B testing. 

Get the water tested, it is usually free from a local water softener company. 

However, in the course of my research I’ve come to find out that there are about 1900 properties subject to testing due to an EPA Superfund site causing possible lead and arsenic contamination.

Although under the Howey Test it would still technically be a security, I agree that generally it seems if there is only one other person involved it is okay to structure it as a partnership.

I am happy to give you some tips on getting your first mailing out, I mail about 40,000 letters a month for my current business so i've tested a lot of different things. 

Did you find it to contain a lot of the same questions there we're on the test?

Only way to find out is to do a lot of testing to see if it's something people want.

Sadly, we don't have the tools to do that kind of A/B testing.

Consider it a prelude to becoming a certified therapy dog since therapy evaluation is only a few more steps/tests than the CGC evaluation.This certification prolly won't dispell the stereotyped discrimination, but at least will show that this particular dog is okay.
