I am not exactly sure but on all the deals I fund in that state.there are many fee's that need to be paid to transfer title. these are county city school Tranfer tax I would go to the county recorders office and ask them what has to be provided to record the transfer deed thats a free way to know what is required.

Today I sent a very professional email, as my renter is late over 15 days and according to my management contract they will contact me by the 10th is issues for rent/monies, and I had heard nothing, they also never respond to a visit or pictures of my property...and then he responded to my email with 30 days notice to cancel on agreement, I need to find new management...I was already looking but thought I had to go through March as a renter that they provided is through March, I am needing a bit of mentor support on what then happens to the tenants monies that are in escrow from move in, do they need to transfer that to me, or to a new property management company?

Essentially, they drafted a resolution to the LLC, which stated that: 1) on behalf of the LLC, the members are authorized to execute and deliver resolutions, 2) certify that the following changes were duly adopted and are in force, 3) remove member from LLC in accordance with your operating agreement, 4) revert ownership interest back to the remaining member (you), 5) resolve that the removed member will no longer have any ownership interest in the LLC, and 6) then add the new member (your wife) in accordance with your operating agreement, transferring whatever ownership interests you desire from the percentage that you possess.
