U can do sub too if she will go for it.. if she gets a lawyer I suspect he / she wont allow it too much risk to the seller.Lawyer will want land contract where she stays in title until you fullfil your obligation. 

@Sophie Dolezel Locally it is good because it is in the path of progress. there is new multi going up all around it. that neighborhood has a direct access to the Razorback Greenway which allows you to bike to Downtown fayetteville and the U of A.

So a 500 gal tank in Maryland home much does it cost on average to refill and for an about 1500 sq ft SFH with no basement how much in average( months) do they last for usage.I will have to factor the propane liquid usage into the rent since its not metered and u replace the tank when empty.

Do u agree with my thought process on how to approach this?
