The property owner has until 5 pm the day before the sale to cure the taxes. 

Like a PM said a condo across road from the beach only generates 30k revenue  but my sister lives in a neighborhood 30 minutes from the beach and the owner of a house next to hers claims it pulls 60k....

I toured 7 houses and met some owners and some tenants of all types.

So, in a way you should think of a tenant as OWNER of some rights to the property.

I hope for minimal new inventory and higher ROI for existing owners :)

@Kevin Rodriguez If you did well purchasing here in San diego and leaving behind a great rental, no reason not to do the same up in Seattle and take advantage of low money down owner occupied loan.  

If you ever decide to purchase a non-owner occupied single family property, some lenders allow you to put down as little as 15% for the down payment.

If a home owner doesn't properly maintain their home, you would think an earthquake hit their house from some of the stuff I have seen. 

Sold to me for 1.7 I still owe 700k that the old owner carried at 3% interest only now due in February .
