The previous lender who gave me the loan docs was lending mainly to businesses, and I should have approached a CRE lender because that's exactly what I need, because we need the refinancing for our properties, industrial condos. "...If you deal is this strong, you should have no issues negotiating these items or getting the third party reports and going to another lender."
