I am looking at a property here are the key features:7000 sf shop with large mezzanine/2nd floor, and 3rd floor with an already built 2 bed 1 bath apartment and about 2000 sf of unfinished space and a complete wrap around deck.

Just a simple request. Boolean search.Being able to use operators like AND/OR/etc... 

And the style and quality of those design features carry through the rest of the house.
