lol.....this past summer i Ended up getting a internship at a HUD REO asset management company which i really enjoyed because i got to learn the basics of the RE industry. well i guess they liked me enough too because i got hired on full time!

If you find markets that are only marginally better than your home market, I would stay at home and enjoy the local knowledge and convenience of being close to your properties.Mike
