This has been my dream, since I was a child, and I was scared as a young adult, by my parents getting involved with Amway, and the whole dream building thing they did, ugh.

He has sacrificed enough that part of me just wants to see him fulfill his dream of having a home.

Here's the dream - in order to move out of my parents house, I want to rip the roof off this garage and build a home for myself.

It paints like a dream and I think it looks great with rough cedar trim.

Hopes, dreams and misconceptions.  

The extra cash flow from rentals made this dream possible.I suggest getting property management after property number one.
