I use disinfectant wipes for final touchups.My favorite kitchen degreaser is Awesome, for a buck from the Dollar Tree store - I've tested it against the more expensive ones and it beats them hands down.For getting stubborn mineral deposits and nasty rings off porcelain toilets and tubs, use plumber's open mesh cloth.

JKI would put that in the same category as a seller who was stubborn on price (not worth my time).  

The best thing is, if I missed a weed, or if one is truly stubborn, I can re-apply as per the directions (usually within a week even).

The owners keep pointing out that they have no tiny houses, that in fact all they have are RV's, but the county is being stubborn.

Only those stubborn, brave, and crazy enough to stick with it will make money.And by the way, those videos that you see on YouTube are typically designed to get you interested in wholesaling in by some sort of "wholesaling system" for some ludicrous amount of money.

What I have done, is tell them simply, you bought it as foreclosed property, and you want to offer them a little amount of money to leave willingly, some go for it, and some are more stubborn, so you have to negotiate to "buy them out"

I used to be a stubborn DIY (w/ TurboTax) guy until the IRS informed me I screwed up on my taxes a few years back, and I couldn't get myself out of the problem.  

Everyone only knows what they know and we can all be stubborn.
