Find the stubborn sellers who won't list, generally they aren't educated and you can swing a better deal.

not to worry.... only one that would lose that kind of money in a lawsuit is someone who is stubborn..

Stubbornness can be a good trait in pushing through. 

The seller was extremely stubborn at first and had a ton of traffic and rejected many reasonable offers.

I use disinfectant wipes for final touchups.My favorite kitchen degreaser is Awesome, for a buck from the Dollar Tree store - I've tested it against the more expensive ones and it beats them hands down.For getting stubborn mineral deposits and nasty rings off porcelain toilets and tubs, use plumber's open mesh cloth.

JKI would put that in the same category as a seller who was stubborn on price (not worth my time).  

The best thing is, if I missed a weed, or if one is truly stubborn, I can re-apply as per the directions (usually within a week even).

The owners keep pointing out that they have no tiny houses, that in fact all they have are RV's, but the county is being stubborn.

I'm stubborn and tend to stick with what I know.
