I'm really curious, as I'm a landlord with some properties on Airbnb and I work in digital marketing but I'm not actually connecting the two.Wouldn't Airbnb ban your account if you spin paid traffic from Facebook Ads and Google Ads into your listing?

Before this short discussion spins too much further out of control, I would like to point out that I'm not advertising to God and everybody in my target zip codes. 

It is just not smart no matter how you spin it.

With this forum, podcasts and reading my head is spinning re: SFR, Multi-Family, Syndication, etc...so many options.

This is a pretty big deal to bite off as a first investment and you should seek leagle advice locally.I assume this is a nothing down deal, if so, I think you're spinning your wheels.

I was planning on marketing this deal to my buyers for 13k, but these liens have my head spinning.

-EvanI think this idea of "connecting people" comes from the media spin on the  "sharing economy" and building community. 

SBL can feel free to spin it any way they like - bottom line is there is no customer service and concern for the investor and I lost time and rent and I couldn't even get a verbal apology from them.

I must say my head is spinning at this point in the thread, especially now that some characters are referred to with initials.
