A vague foreboding that it could all go terribly wrong, that you never really know, that one day we could get a call that the whole building had gone up in smoke, or a giant sinkhole had opened underneath it, or a particularly bad windstorm had flattened it, or bad wiring caused one of the tenants to be electrocuted, or, or, or...We are all afraid of failure, and worst of all, failure right at the beginning of something, a failure that completely exposed our incompetence for all the unkind people we all know to laugh at behind our backs.

If a rental has an owner, I use an ozone machine to remove any odors from smoke, pets, rotten food, etc: Commercial Ozone MachineIt's expensive but worth every penny.

that's what I am thinking.. going to look at a plant today.. ( after salmon fishing on the Willamette )not really interested but my buddy who is developing it wants me to look at it.. and since its his boat I am obligated.although he got a master lease from the city for his facility so the city is buying off on it..

However I just got in tonight from 10 days in Hawaii.. and Scoot ( Singapore airlines budget carrier) was advertising business class from PHNL to Osaka for 495. bucks and 99. one way coach.. that is a smoking deal.. my buddy and I almost wanted to fly there for dinner LOL..
