How do those sales sit within each concepts rankings?

Buying stocks and just letting money sit in a high yield savings account is much more passive than any type of rental property.

It had been sitting on the market for a long time and the sellers were willing to drop the price significantly.

Every city is different, PLEASE get yourself to a RE meeting, and do NOT try and do all this from books and sitting online, it will not end well. 

Anyone sitting on the sidelines is probably missing opportunities.

Cape Coral has 425 Homes that closed in September alone and homes only sit on the market for 62 days on average.My advice was to use the land to build a home to increase the potential profit and speed up the sale time.
