@Nicholas DillonRentometer can give you a rangeZillow also can give a rangeThe best source would be to call a loc a property manager or realtor and have them also give you a range as at end of day they will have most recent and updated numbers and have a better feel for where the market is at

Reality: LOL.You can do a similar comparison for the Biden 2020 tax plan yourself.Worth noting: both Trump and Biden had the benefit of their respective parties' majority in both chambers of Congress during the early years of their presidencies.

Aloha, In a market where the sale-to-list price is 97.9%, homes sold above list price is 18.7%, and homes with price drops is 51.4%, I’m exploring how to respectfully submit an offer with a 30% to 50% discount on the listing price.Beside from the following actions, are there any additional steps I can take to ensure my approach is considerate to both the seller and my agent?

The ground floor has gas hookups for a gas oven and that floor has its own gas range/oven and kitchen which is also controlled by a ground floor sub-panel also with access to the backyard and to a lower cellar area where they have their own washer dryer and storage area.
