I am four years from retirement and the desire to build residual income is very important to me and I will do whatever is needed to (that is legal and moral) in order to achieve this.

My understanding from a buddy who sold his 15+ years ago to put in a new home was they hall them to Mexico where they have some residual value.

Basically I plan to build a portfolio fairly quickly with an end goal of living off the residual income.

It's good for finishing off the last residual.

What you need to get is an insecticide specifically designed for fleas with a growth inhibitor & residual effect.

I assume you can protect yourself by using meth-residue-detecting kits and doing due-diligence before you buy, but is there any sort of insurance that can offer some level of protection in case one of your tenants decides to go Breaking Bad and cook meth in your rent house after they rent it from you?
