Multifam/Apts  is no longer an option if you are a conscious/awake person, and if you have children or are pregnant, get out today, you are causing permanent damage to you children,  being exposed to sometimes dozens  of wifi signals from un-thoughtful neighbors who do not know how to turn them off.   

Then they have lots of time to ruminate over how you took advantage of them and tell ALL their buddies and pregnant girlfriends. 

Then when I was pregnant at the end of 2013, we started thinking that we wanted to move to an area with a better school district by the time our incoming arrival would get to kindergarten.

Doesn't matter than I'm a guy, I have to buy the coverage for myself anyway - and no, this isn't to cover me getting some other woman pregnant as she is required to buy her own insurance.

I was present one summer day when a young neighbor of one of my units announced she was pregnant to my tenants...their response was "that's great honey, we will get with you later and show you where to apply for the money".

THEY ARE A 25 YEAR OLD MALE AND 21 YEAR OLD FEMALE WITH A 6 AND 1 YEAR OLD AND SHES PREGNANT.

Period.Let's say you're a millennial in your late twenties living in your parent's basement in the Bay Area... and your girlfriend gets pregnant.

I think it  was Brazil that had asked its people not to get pregnant for 2 years??

Obviously, this is not a good timeline for spec homes or custom homes, but I can only work on the house on weekends and my crew consists of my dad and I and sometimes my wife, who is now pregnant!  

I had a high school teacher that married a pregnant female classmate of mine the week after she graduated high school and about two months before she delivered.
