I literally just need to categorized income and all types of expenses.Do any of you properties investor have a recommendation on what accounting software to use for these type of set up?

I was hoping someone had a referral for an investor friendly attorney who can help with contracts specifically dealing with wholesaling both MF and SF.  

Since the previous investor was trying to charge top dollar but the unit still needed work and had systems that were not functioning they had a hard time selling it.

Im an investor and realtor in Blue Ridge market.

They rehab and flip to a lot of CA investors from what I know, but also big PM in the area.

The reason most inexperienced investors buy in Detroit or Cleveland is because of cheap pricing.

.: Its typical for real estate investors to hire a private home/building inspectors to inspect a real estate property before they buy it.

However, it depends on an investor's goals as to whether or not Huntsville is a market they should be looking at.
