The property is located in my home town and seems to be a great potential cash-flower (rare in most parts of NJ!).

My first real estate project in PC this summer will be rehabbing my mom's house on Flower Ave, across from Oakland Terrace Park.

I've heard of writing in that tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn, but I haven't heard of demanding that tenants water flowers and shrubbery.

On the exterior, you can't go wrong with pretty flowers.

Tenants ask if it was possible to plants vegetables and flowers in the back yard and build a small fire pit. should I let them??
