That’s why the BP community is filled with would-be investors.

Depending on what type of investor you are what your goals are you will learn more from the forum than from their bootcamp- which if it only proffers one investment strategy really is not worth the money.  

@Mickael Castillo It's worth a try, but IME investors like that will probably blow you off.

That being said, and this is not for a sourcing homes for sale, but to source accredited investors in my line of work, the average marketing agency is looking at about $30-50/accredited investor lead setting up a call.
