For me, I’ve been testing a few different methods recently, but I’m always looking for new ideas to take my wholesaling game to the next level. 

I have often stated there are two ways to make money in Real Estate....The California method and the Texas method (I certainly understand there are many more ways to look at investing but I am OVER simplifying).  

The coaching for Jonathan's The Land Method is NOT substantially cheaper. 

Some of it is due to his questionable methods of getting reviews on Bigger Pockets.

It will co-exist with other "new" payment methods such as google pay, apple pay and credit card etc, because the target customers are different.

Anthony,You would be surprised by using some old school methods like simply writing a letter like you mentioned.
