i am mainly looking at Buy and Hold properties but because of the expectation of an increase in foreclosures in our area due to the oilfield layoffs, i"m also looking at flips.

But they are the main focus of the movie, and are portrayed as the "Robinhood" types who are betting against big banks er..."

They are completely out of options, and all those offers to buy their home stopped coming months or even years ago.So basically I should lay off the "purchasing" lead lists from listingsource and/or agentpro247 because getting those lists possibly violate the FCRA rules. 

Looking to get away from the normal everyday job market since layoffs are coming at my regular job and I am not sure if I will get cut or not.  

But the issue is my company here in the gorge had a huge layoff, I was working in the UAV (drone) industry, building and repairing UAVs for Insitu/Boeing.

On the other hand: an aggressive, nonaccredited investor (who doesn't have access to as many alternatives) might be very happy with the offerings at Fundrise.Just an FYI that more than a few of these companies suffered mass layoffs a couple of years ago when the VC community generally stopped making investments in this area.
