If I bought it for 500K and did a double closeting on it.

Hi all,Just wondering if anyone has converted a small closet into a space for a compact stackable washer/dryer area in a single family home. 

Property Details:Built: 19001st unit- newely redone 1 bed/1 bath (one story), currently has a tenant living in it for 750 dollars/month.2nd unit- 1 bed/1 bath ( two story) walls are finished and painted, still needs flooring, cabinets installed, bathroom finished, closet finished. 

It also includes a large walk in closet with custom shelving for easy organization.Large open concept living room with fireplace.

In my area, you must have a built-in closet to make it a bedroom.

I was going to offer to pay probate lawyer and 100,000 to each son at closed of probate in exchange for the house ( not knowing how long and expensive or what the market will be like once probate is over or what other skeletons might be in the closet.)

There is no bedroom, nor does it have a closet.  

Yes true single family and my thought was rent it out for $750ish per bedroom (counting 4 bedrooms only because the 5th is basically a closet). 

The home includes a private entrance living quarters attached to the home (includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, wet bar, 2 walk in closets, etc.).

We were able to re design the floor plan to allow for a laundry closet that was out of sight and out of mind so it wasn't an eye sore.
