I spent a lot of time working in fast food, restaurants, bars and pizza shops, but throughout the years, I've also dabbled in many other areas.

However, if you are a long ways from public transit, shopping, and restaurants, the unit will rent for far less and be less desirable for investment purchasing.

I would hate to renovate a building to be used as a restaurant then a convenient store company reaches out to me to discuss leasing options.

Located in booming San Antonio, TX area near Shopping Malls, Theme Park, Restaurants, Medical Center, plenty of stores in great neighborhood.

Another building in the neighborhood (same style & plan) is listed for $300,000.The neighborhood is near a new stadium (Atlanta Braves), several employers and shopping/restaurants, but is just outside the city proper.Thank you so much for all your advice/help!

I haven't spent a dime on RE education other than paying for meals as networking events are sometimes hosted at restaurants. 

One tenant works at a restaurant and the other at country club.

My family owns a small restaurant doing $1mil+ a year in the heart of the town (local population 14,000 give or take).

My family's 50 year old restaurant sits on half the lot, and for the other half  I have this idea that I could create a Small Shoppee created of Tiny store fronts... check out my inspiration photo: Does anyone know of this being done else where? 

It’s two totally different property types.I think without the many short term rentals on Anna Maria, the thriving businesses and restaurants there would be in trouble.
