Make sure he transfers your half over to you or else he could rob you blind.

Due diligence by the original lender would have to be non existent, maybe a lender who was family and trusted you would loan on blind faith, but I never would.Just my opinion.Rick

I have no interest in doing any of the rehab work myself; however I did hang the blinds in my latest project.

Must be blindingly bright if you live nearby, as it seemed super bright from at least 15 miles to the west!

It needed cabinets, toilets, vanities, plugs, blinds, paint, flooring, blah, blah, blah.

., tile kitchen/dining, hall, laundry, new carpet living room, BRs, appliances, plumbing repairs, new ceiling fans/light fixtures throughout, insulate attic, new int.doors and front entry door (kicked in while rehabbing), blinds.

Making offers blindly?

Some buyers will skip this blind bidding all together and move to another property and some will still play.

Additionally, when you are ready to make that first investment, you will not have to blindly trust an agent to help you find the property.Don't get discouraged!
