Crowded Fashion Show Mall?

So I refuse to dive in until I have the systems lined out in a scale-able fashion, so I won't run myself and my wife into the ground as I have before.I'm the overly creative half, and she's the one who crushes it with systems in place.I've studied and understand most strategies, terminology, and how they work together as much as I can without getting in there and playing with them myself.We're almost to that launch point, and I'm getting excited...

He feels very optimistic that we can complete this home in a timely fashion.  

We stick to the good old fashion long term tenants.

Making sure the property is repaired in a timely fashion could save money in the long term.

We do need to be mindful and I believe that the elderly and immune compromised need to be isolated but not the young and healthy who respond in a similar fashion to the common flu.

Lastly as it relates to owing rentals which is the vast majority of this audience i think this has been a big wake up call for them on what is or is not proper reserves and how to scale in a manageable fashion given your liquidity and ability to generate income outside of the asset itself.

Thanks, I mainly wanted it to be used to store leads and to be able to follow up with them over time in an organized fashion.

If they see you as a friend they're more likely to care about maintaining a relationship (and pay you in a timely fashion).
