Biggest issue is the school enrollment period, if the tenant(s) have school aged kids.

Here is the guideline for establishing a domicile:To establish domicile, you or your parent(s)/guardian(s) must meet the following criteria: Live in Texas for 12 consecutive months; andEstablish and maintain domicile for 12 consecutive months by doing one of the following: Be gainfully employed in Texas (student jobs do not qualify as gainful employment);Have sole or joint marital ownership of residential real property in Texas by the person seeking to enroll or the dependent's parent, having established and maintained a domicile at the residence;Own and operate a business in Texas;Be married for one year to a person who has established domicile in Texas.

I'm not clear with open enrollment rules and or Obamacare.

How ever the home owner was enrolled in Medicare!

I immediately enrolled to be a Pro so I could dive into the webinars and podcasts and history of this site, a worth-while investment for all of the tools I feel will eventually lead me to actualizing this goal.Anyway, that's where I'm at. 

By the side, I attain an agent license and be enroll under the very same broker and if the company does well, apply for my own broker license in 2-3 years as I become eligible and hence remove the broker from my company (just a thought).

I like the fact that she is enrolled in AV college full time and doing nursing and twice been a responsible tenant and was able to hold 3 year lease.
