I lived there for 1 year then moved out and started renting the house on Air BNB in the Summer and mid term rentals in the winter.

With the Midwest there are also winter issues and hail damage from thunderstorms that we don't deal with in California.

Hi Eric, almost any mountain town will do good in the winter or but you want to look for towns that have summer attractions.

But one thing to consider with Arizona is that golf tourism is seasonal (winter & spring are very popular).

The summer months are extremely busy but still has significant bookings in the winter due to all of the winter activities near Mt.
