There are many "tire kickers" and you could end up paying unnecessary fees and wasting time on phone calls for someone who will not or cannot rent from you.

I'm tired of it.

So now they may just be tired of fooling with the properties and want to bail but don't want to sell for anything less than they purchased the property for so it lingers on the market.

Hey all - getting tired of paying NYC rent and am considering house hacking.

Many tired landlords are selling and cashing out.

Look into the local auction houses in your area.I've seen some pickup truck bed trailers sell for $100 - $150.I've also bought, used, and sold one of these with a 4x8 sheet of plywood - the thing is, don't plan on moving things for a long distance without upgrading the tires. 

. : )Slapping some cheap lipstick and calling a property "turnkey" when it has no tenant history of performing or the expensive repairs have not been completed is laughable at best.Is an old car "turnkey" when you put new paint on it and shine the tires to make it look pretty??

We sure get tired of the "God complex" that appraisers and inspectors have, though we have to play to it because they will make it a living hell other wise.

I started to get very tired of his problem and I am not his family therapist.
