We have already refinanced one portfolio with an interest only loan and are looking to continue refinancing the next two with the same company but I am looking to make sure we are getting the best loan package for the next two before we proceed.

I'm hoping to find a management company that works with traveling Nurses that require short term rentals.  

In order to clear title the lien will have to be paid . id reach out to a title company to find out the full scenario 

This is mainly because of the distance - I will have to find a reliable property management company.

Key is make sure you have a good surveyor and title company. s far as being ready all about the market in that most people who purchase either one of these products are not interested in any maintenance and would rather pay monthly dues. 

There are companies out there that manage the whole process for you, which I am considering, though until now, I have really wanted the understand all aspects of the vacation rental myself.
