So you might just be better off going with someone you can trust and will be patient with you (versus going with someone who has a very high level of expertise in a particular topic in real estate). 

Especially with the OTA tenants get away with murder.. actually it changed a bit for the better of the landlord.You need to be patient but be upfront on your postings on the verification process up front so you can save everyones time.
