I am attracted to it for a number of reasons: lower unemployment and vacancy rates than Memphis, and there's quite a few brick buildings that are more modern than that in my budget in Memphis, and definitely cheaper than Nashville by a mile.

Even with the professional camera, I think an external flash goes a long way in making the space seem brighter and clearer.I sometimes use a smartphone for tight spaces which are harder to capture with the lenses I have on my professional camera.

I have been considering switching up my portfolio to long term commercial leases, or renting shop space (commercial leases.With so many options out there I was wondering what some of your best headache free real estate investments have been: some examples could be storage units, multifamily rentals, commercial buildings with long term leases, etc.

I also have an interest for buying land as my long term goal is to become a developer and build modern style homes.

I will use these figures throughout the country but probably excluding San Francisco and New York since space is so vertical.
