How about turning the properties over to a PM as you probably bought them right and have enough spread to maintain cash flow. 

They are faster and more likely to close (to not fall out).If you are using hard money instead of cash, you are going to need to maintain as many of those elements as possible.  

For instance finding leads, checking on properties and/or maintaining them, as well as any scheduling to be done or phone calls to be made or taken.Is there a position like this out there?
