Back and front yards were landscaped lightly, and the mulch and small plants made a big difference; a tree was removed that had the potential to fall or to block sewer lines.In the kitchen, granite and a quartz composite sink, as well as new hardware, were added.

I believe it is built for the long run, along with perhaps some pragmatic and cognizant changes to the home “over-time” like lifeproof/waterproof flooring throughout, and a low maintenance perhaps water free front and rear landscape.

@Justin Polston not reimbursing me for paid utilities for tenant, slack communication (last communication spanned 12 days and then only responded because I copied a bunch of people in the office and noted that it's been 12 days without a response), lots of small assurances that fail to deliver (ie - I was charged errantly for landscaping I never requested, someone likely erred in my file making it recurring, they never reimbursed me, but promised to "take care of it" multiple times).I am definitely not a high maintenance type, and have been very patient, they seem to be less than attentive.

Gutted the entire house, moved walls, raised living room flooring, rebuilt all 3 bathrooms to increase size, rebuilt the kitchen to increase utility and size, painted the entire property in and out, installed base and crown, landscaped What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Gutted the entire house replace paneling with drywall, raised the sunken flooring in the living room to match the level of the rest of the house, increased bathroom size while rebuilding the bathrooms, rebuilt the kitchen to increase size and utility, installed bamboo flooring in most of the house, tile in the bathrooms, painted in and out, landscaped the home.
