I have a fantastic contractor on the east side of Los Angeles and an HGTV personality realtor who also wrote me a great recommendation letter.

It becomes a compound interest game and the sooner you start the better.Primary residence loans have the best interest rates so buying a home that could later be a rental is a fantastic way to start.Also buying something that needs some work is excellent!

Baltimore is fantastic and my favorite market (no bias here... haha).

@Zandria Van Hoose congrats on getting going...Columbus is a fantastic and fast moving market...as you can see, there are some very capable agents in the city  (and state) that specialize in working with buyers like yourself. 

It is also in a fantastic sub-market within Greensboro with a great tenant class and nearby amenities.

House hacking is a fantastic way to get your feet wet with REI, so I hope that works out for you in your area. 

It is a fantastic place, that's why my son first purchased it for his first home. 

@Aaron Duplex Wouldn't have it any other way...we've weathered COVID-19 quite well and market appreciation has been fantastic.
