I am currently interested in buying rental properties in Midwest (Ohio or Indiana), and started reading books and watching Youtube videos.I am happy to connect with you if you are interested in long distance rental property investment.

I'm looking for YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and Facebook pages or groups to get inspiration and tips for rehabbing.

My ONE recommendation would be similar to that of what @Filipe Pereira said and focus on one avenue, and don't get distracted by listening to too many different podcasts, watching those "helpful"  youtube videos that appear on the side.

I have a construction background, and I've spent 2 years listening to bigger pockets, reading every scrap of literature I can find and tapping youtube dry.

Some hobbies of mine include: cycling, climbing and playing/making music [soon to include real estate as well ;) ]. 

Peter Harris is also on Youtube. 

This will be my first purchase and i've just been watching as many youtube vids as possible and formulating a strategy.
