You could try Homestyler...it provides basic layout and design functionality. 

I simply put the cash flow in the Excel XIRR function, I don't see how they did it.

Sharing profit means sharing expenses too because profit is a function of the expenses.

However, this drain was placed during the homes construction and it is not functioning.
