You can assign ownership or beneficial interest in either one of those entities without running afoul of the assignment rules on the property unless there is language specifically prohibiting that as well.

Yes, your buyer's money would be out an extra day or two before he or she had official title, but I don't see a buyer making that a deal killer.

However, I plan on flipping properties from the MLS and don't even want to bother Realtors with any other contract than the official GA contract.

Do you just fax a copy of the purchase contract with your numbers on it or is there some official form that is used?

It is so much better when someone I am working with speaks the same language that I do, and I don't have to "dumb down" what I'm saying to get a point across.That being said, I would never want to buy property from a BP member, because I'm sure I would never get a good deal :P.
