Right before a downturn gurus always come out of the woodwork acting like they have this novel idea only to see their students lose all their money.

I would look the agent up as well, to make sure that they are a top performing agent (because you should only take advice from someone you would want to switch places with).Hope that helped!

I suppose would need to understand more on how you are intending to use the corporate credit..Hope this helps.  

The only way real estate investing seems to make sense in my mind now is to use as little debt as possible and then hope in a couple years that rates are down and then you can refinance to get your equity back for additional properties.
